"Wir hatten für drei Erwachsene diese Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht. Eine Woche vor Reisebeginn in der Hochsaison schrieb die Vermieterin, dass das 2.Schlafzimmer fehlen würde. Sie bot eine Schlafluftmatratze an.Unsere Flüge waren gebucht, so hatten wir keine Wahl und vertrauten auf eine anständige Lösung von Seiten der Vermieterin! Bei Ankunft fanden wir im Wohnzimmer eine minderwertige Luftmatratze vor, die zudem den Wohn- / Essbereich vollkommen blockierte. Es gab auch keinen Schrank...

"Fantastic property with the best website / app for any information needed about the property. Our stay was seemless as a result - really reassuring. Location was brilliant; just a 15min walk to Nyhavn, 10min (if not less) to little mermaid and the metro. Plenty of shops / bars / restaurants / bakeries within 10 min easy walk."

It’s very quick into Copenhagen on the train and yet in Charlottenlund you feel a million miles away. Not exactly a place for people looking for the nightlife but a superb place for a family looking to travel around and come back to a super house. Host was very helpful and kind."

"This was BY FAR the most disappointing experience we have ever had with any VRBO property. The managing company was extremely slow to respond to our queries. Our arrival was devastating. The lockbox didn't have a key in it, so could not get into the apartment. Someone came in 15 minutes, but the apartment was filthy. There was grease all over the kitchen including dish shelves. The key person cleaned for an hour while we cleaned the kitchen. We cleaned thoroughly a few days later. The bearskin...

"We stayed here in January. The apartment is on the first floor (no lift) and is bright, warm and cosy. All bedroom windows and lounge area face the canal. Fabulous to sit by the windows with a cup of tea or a glass of wine and look out over the canal. Well located in a lovely neighbourhood, short walking distance into the City/ Indre By and Nhyavn area. The apartment has all the necessary appliances and clean. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends."
