"The Exterior property was A little dated. But the interior rooms were Updated and very clean. The garden area with plants and adorable little cats running around, making sure there were no “pests” around was beautifully manicured. We had a wonderful time. Would visit and stay there again."

The service was impeccable and everyone was SO friendly wherever we went in the hotel, even the housekeeping when passing in the halls. It's so rare these days, even in top hotels. Breakfast was a little overpriced for the ala carte menu, but the food in every restaurant was very good. Had the best massage of my life at the spa (Holly is AMAZING) and wished we had planned to spend more time there. Have stayed at other Ritz hotels that don't compare. Can't wait to go back!"
