"Lady at reception when I checked in was so lovely & gave me a lovely room Also room is spacious clean & quiet. Breakfast is nice however management could look at having more kiwi favourites like mince & cheese pies, bacon & egg pies sausage rolls, pancakes with cream. I requested triple cheese omlette & it was so small, disappointed. But Horizon overall is beautiful. "

"First-time visit to Auckland, so we did not know the city. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the cruise terminal and the core downtown shopping area. There was also a grocery store nearby. The rooms were well-furnished and very clean. The staff were friendly and personally ensured that a minor issue was quickly taken care of. Highly recommend this place as a great base to explore Auckland.. "
