"Initially the room was very hot and ended up buying a fan at WalMart. We received a room change that turned everything around!! That view from room 4214 was fantastic!! "The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. This is a room at a resort with two queen beds just as described, although I felt it was roomier than I expected. The check in was easy with someone at the front desk 24/7, a concierge to help plan outings, a restaurant, several pools (water not heater, but this didn’t bother the kids) and a beach to see sunrises/sunsets from. The lanai faces a greenbelt so there is privacy and the location is such that you can see the water....

"This was absolutely a great stay! The location of this condo was incredibly convenient for all the things we had planned for our honeymoon! And the owner of this property was super informative of all property details. Along with the resort provided towels this owner had extra towels handy since the resort doesn’t provide towel service to privately owned condos so that what a HUGE plus! "We had a little trouble finding the office when it was time to check in. Even so, they were quite friendly and helpful. Maybe a better sign by the road? The proximity to the main street was a bit too close, because we heard some sirens and exuberant people late at night. Even so, it was quiet after a while and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We know roosters are part of the entire island's soundtrack! The local "morning chorus" bird song was delightful."

"We had a quick stay here for reception just walking distance. 2 beds 1 bathroom with pull out couch. Pros - Restaurants and shops near by. CONS - Beds needs updating! Spring bed and we would already be sunk in. Bathroom small. For some reason my door code expired after the first night and had to get a new one. Receptionist was quick and nice to issue a new one."

"This was my first visit to this property (and Kauai) for a solo business trip, the property is adjacent to the Outrigger which is where the resorts amenities are located, the Beach Villas share their amenities. I had a corner room with a balcony very close to the Outrigger so that was very convenient.
