"This hotel has the potential to be great but there are signs that things are starting to go downhill. The maids and room cleaning were fantastic and could not be criticised but the pool wasn’t cleaned once in the 11 days we were there and the pool area only hosed once. "There is no free parking as advertised. You need to find your own. Air conditioning says to be included but one has to pay daily. And we had two accommodations and A.C. only available in one room. The shower had no separation from the toilet and sink. Water got everywhere."

"The apartment was nice enough for a one week stay but the kitchen could use new pots and plates, etc. As the walls are thin you can hear every conversation going on. The floors are cleaned with a mop and water - no sweeping beforehand and no detergent used, we noticed. It’s 10 minutes to the beach on foot and 5 minutes to the bus stop."

"The hotel is very clean, the area is nice, you have a bus station to Chania 3 mins away from the hotel. Did not try the nearby restaurants but you have a couple of options from what I’ve seen. The only complaint would be that you need mobile data since the Wi-Fi is very slow, but mobile data has good speed so I didn’t mind."
