Staffing pretty mixed - some excellent but some very inexperienced, untrained or disinterested. Dining pretty mixed - breakfast and restaurants (when available) very good but buffet at €40 a head not great. Didn’t use Spa but gym very underwhelming "

"We stayed over Easter 2018. It was very quiet and the manager was very friendly and helpful. He arranged a taxi from the airport (30 Euros) and allowed us to choose the best studio (#17)! The room was newly refurbished to a good standard. 2 twin beds and a 3rd single. All comfortable. A small kitchenette with 2 ring hob sink microwave kettle crockery and cutlery. "The hotel is very clean, the area is nice, you have a bus station to Chania 3 mins away from the hotel. Did not try the nearby restaurants but you have a couple of options from what I’ve seen. The only complaint would be that you need mobile data since the Wi-Fi is very slow, but mobile data has good speed so I didn’t mind."

"There is no free parking as advertised. You need to find your own. Air conditioning says to be included but one has to pay daily. And we had two accommodations and A.C. only available in one room. The shower had no separation from the toilet and sink. Water got everywhere."
