"My initial booking with hotels.com for another hotel was cancelled. Only when I got to Patong I realized this. Went online again & found this condominium. Booked it & made our way there. It was 7pm when we arrived & only security was available to receive us. After numerous attempts of trying to get hold of the owner/manager he finally allowed is in.
