You would note that the hotel has 2 separate buildings and we did the checkin in building no. 1 but stayed in the other building so the check out was longer since the recipients needed to drive to to the building no. 1 to cancel our deposit. "The facilities and the standard of the rooms was excellent. The majority of the staff was great however, I did find some of the staff to lack basic courtesy and not all residence was treated the same. Two examples, 1. Check in was delayed and I had to wait, no apology or complimentary drink offered although other residents was offered but not to me.
