I hate when they take pictures of a model hotel room and then the hotel room you get is not as clean, or as updated. I think my definition of a three star versus Hotels.com‘s definition of a three star hotel is a little bit off. However, it did the job. I flew in late, spent the night, was out the next morning. "We went for some work and we stayed there. And we informed the staff regarding hot water I mean to say Gizzar was not working when we inform them they told that u have book the hotel probably 10 days before and u have to inform us regarding the hot water then we will make it arrange they said. It was tooo cold and they never gave us hot water I wish I could give them Zero. They are unprofessional. Never ever wish to stay they’re again if they provide us for freee also. Worst experience "
