"I loved this property because I am fan of the marriott, but only one thing was off, the breakfast looks grand. But, both our family members ordered eggs and both said they tasted off. There were no bananas and Americans love their bananas. The food didn't taste fresh, I think there needs to be quality over quantity. Maybe reduce the amount of food but keep quality. "I have not been to many properties in Matheran, but I would say this is an ideal property for a fun vacation it is located over from the hustle and bustle of the city and you feel like you’re in the quiet hills cottage. "This is a very nice hotel on the Mumbai waterfront. I got a room on the 30th floor that had a wonderful outlook of the ocean and coast. Lovely. Calming. The room itself was clean and nicely appointed with nice touches like live plants (which seem very rare in hotel rooms). Although I did not get time to use it, the pool area is magnificent. The waterfront walkway is exceptionally popular with locals and there was a cricket match at the nearby stadium which amplified the intensity around the area. So, it is a bit of a destination for locals but there are not a lot of foods services. The closest seem to be on Veer Nariman Road which is about a 20 minute walk. I liked the Mockingbird cafe if you are looking for a beer and light meal but there are other options. Overall, the Trident is a really nice hotel and I would happily stay there again. "

Outstanding stay at the Oberoi Mumbai

"The stay was truly amazing. The staff were so welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable. I had a problem with my suitcase zip. The hotel sent a man to fix it. Amazing, now no stress about a broken suitcase. The bar is amazing too, well staffed and great selection of drinks. The gym is well equipped. I am into weight training. Certainly didn’t disappoint. The pool at the Oberoi and the Trident were both great too."

"I booked the Trident hotel for my parents as they were travelling from Punjab to Mumbai for there US interview. The hotel staff was amazing. They let my parents do a early check in as there flight landed in the morning as per request. The staff was very kind and helping in all the ways. "

"The dining experience for breakfast and lunch was really enjoyable. Lovely food selection and wait staff were very friendly. The concierge and other staff were super helpful with car bookings. The room was very comfortable. Giant bed with different softness pillows, plenty of bottled water. I'd like to come and stay again."
