After communication with host, who btw is really quick to answer and was very willing to work with us, it was agreed our granddaughter would go in our place. She loved the place, loved the peacefullness and though alone said she didn't feel concerned in any way. "Wanted a little getaway exploration to caddo lake and couldn/t have been happier with the accommodations at th LILLY PAD . Great as advertised - Modern finishes the Bath & Shower room is luxurious , as weel as the Kitchen layout - Bed was confortable and the the place was CLEAN & FRESH. I wish we 'd brought a boat to explore more - but we did go an a boat tour at local marina which was great !We will be planning another trip for sure -Gary "

"My children and I decided to get away for the week to spread my husband’s ashes. He loved Spanish moss, so we knew that the area would be perfect for him. The house we stayed out was amazing. It was beautiful and had everything we could need. I have zero complaints. We went into Jefferson one day for lunch, explored the state park and kayaked for hours. We will definitely be back."

"This is a beautiful cabin in a prime spot on Caddo Lake! Our grandchildren loved their "game room" as they called it. We enjoyed early morning fishing in our pajamas out at the private dock while we watched the sun rise and had a great time canoing and kayaking in the canoes and kayaks that were provided.
