Overall it’s my first choice for several reasons.Last week I literally had to wait until the attendant finished cleaning the breakfast area before she checked me out. She was well aware that I was waiting be a she acknowledged me. I actually had to go to the area were she was and asked to be checked out. This stay there wasn’t any coffee in the room other than a pod I found in the bathroom. Along with a bottle of something underneath the sink. The water doesn’t get very hot. "Everything went perfectly. Property was clean and as advertised. Quick drive to Caddo Lake State Park and other points along the lake. It’s a pretty remote area, so it’s a bit of a drive to stores and restaurants though I did frequent a bait shop that doubles as a cafe along highway 43. 3F is the name, I believe.
