"My children and I decided to get away for the week to spread my husband’s ashes. He loved Spanish moss, so we knew that the area would be perfect for him. The house we stayed out was amazing. It was beautiful and had everything we could need. I have zero complaints. We went into Jefferson one day for lunch, explored the state park and kayaked for hours. We will definitely be back."

"At first no luck on fishing, but finally caught a small bass, a large carp, and a small catfish on minnows. We had some rain and some cold but the Lord provided nice breaks in between so we could venture more outdoors. Took the boat tour and ate at Big Pines Lodge. Sat by fire pit and on the deck when weather permitted. Cabin is beautifully decorated and had all the things you need. Only issue is stairs if you have knee problems."

"Exactly what we were looking for. Private, relaxing yet close to town. Very cozy cabin, well equipped and nicely decorated. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly to messages. We will be back! "

"My family of 8 stayed 3 nights and 4 days at this beautiful cabin it was perfect to have a reset for the new years. The pictures listed didn’t do any justice for the reality of this place it was immaculate and very clean everything you needed was there. "Spent 2 nights over Columbus Day weekend with our 2 teenagers at this sweet little cabin. The cabin is nice and cozy and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable, the screened patio is perfect to have your meals and enjoy the sounds of the swamp around. There is a firepit on the little peninsula behind the cabin were we spent most of our time outdoors. "I had a GREAT time at the Uncertain Lodge & Inn!! Keith Tally, the owner, is the host with the most! He is so kind and was ready to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. My room was clean and well kept with plenty of supplies. I found out if I needed anything, we could just ask Keith and he would get it for me. "Amazing house! Super clean and stocked with all the amenties. Very quiet and peaceful. Our family really enjoyed our stay at Caddo Lake. "
