"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. Breakfast was OK."

Some of the best food we've had in Germany. Lots of nice walking paths - along the canal, beach area, to local ruins of a monastery. You can reach the innercity of Greifswald by bus - about 25 minutes away."

"im laufe der Jahre hat die Qualität des Hauses nachgelassen. Es geht bei den Hauslatschen los, bei Sekt und Kaviar weiter und den Laptop auf dem Zimmer gibt es auch nicht mehr ( ist wohl dem Diebstahl geschuldet ) aber mit der App war nicht viel anzufangen ,die Infos waren sehr spärlich. Das Haus selber,die Lage ,das Personal,die Sauberkeit,die Qualität der Speisen sind ausgezeichnet und entsprechen dem Ruf Ihres Hauses , ich werde Ihnen auch weiterhin treu bleiben. "

Negativ anzumerken ist, in den Bungalows hat man kein W-lan, nur im Hauptgebäude, das wussten wir vorher, aber an zwei Tagen unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir auch keinen Fernsehempfang, Freitag- und Samstagabend zur besten Sendezeit war kein Empfang, vermutlich weil es draußen ein wenig windig war. Bei einem Übernachtungspreis von 124 Euro plus 10 Euro für Parken geht das gar nicht."
