"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

"I was really impressed with the overall cleanliness of the property. Everything was very well run including our pickup at the airport. The staff were very responsive and helpful. We had a late flight out the day we checked out. We were allowed to store our bags, use the internet and the pool facilities until we had to leave. I booked the same property on our return trip at the end of our stay. I feel like this property offers excellent value for the money. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable!"

"A gorgeous hotel—from the entrance, the lobby, the room, and every corner, everything is beautiful, elegant, and luxurious. I informed them that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they prepared a cake and some decorations. Small gestures like this truly warm our hearts and make the stay feel special. All the staff are amazing and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and greeting you with a big smile. The concierge also acted quickly to help us with our suitcases Breakfast in a beautiful place with tons of options! I absolutely love their pastries, coffee, and jamu. Such a lovely breakfast experience! "
