"1. Staffs was friendly, but room was filthy. Found cockroaches and ants colony in the room. The hotel staff nicely try to offer replacement rooms, but its condition is about the same. Sorry, I will not back. 2. Internet was horrible. Keep disconnected somehow when your gadget (laptop/ipad/iphone) were idle. "The hotel was great. Good value for money. Clean the staff very friendly happy and helpful. I could not have asked for much more. The only very very small negative was no cable TV so I did not have any English channels. But I did not come to Indonesia to watch TV I came to see the city and the location is very good for food and pretty close to the city centre. Taxis are cheap here too if you use the grab app. "

"Staff were unfriendly in regards to sending up 2 extra pillows, wanted to charge me for that. They would not provide a bowl or spoon from the kitchen. I wanted no food after kitchen was closed just a bowl for some soup and a spoon, they told me no. The bed was too hard and pillows were not filled enough. Noise from street and mosque 🕌 way too loud. Don't stay here. "

"The place is clean and conveniently located within walking distance to the mall, with a nice environment. However, I have concerns about whether they are legally allowed to rent to guests. Since it’s not an official hotel, check-in is handled entirely through WhatsApp, and you may have to meet in awkward places for ‘check-in.’ Despite all this, they still collect a ‘deposit,’ so keep that in mind if you decide to stay here."
