"House of Tugu is the latest hotel from the Tugu Group, which I have frequented many times. This one is truly the masterpiece... the decor and mood is otherworldly. The room is spacious and very comfy. Breakfast was amazing and I really like their coffee. Service is something that all Tugu hotels share, always warm, genuine, and caring. To me, this is the perfect weekend getaway hotel."

"Very nice , breakfast . The price to get your clothes laundered was outrageous. The best breakfast buffet for $5 usd and to get a couple pairs of underwear/ undershirts and socks was going to cost $20 usd !!!! "Hotel is dated but clean and staff are friendly and approachable. Unfortunately there are lots of mosquitoes especially at the lobby area and guest receptions area. These are in the hotel and not outside. Best to eliminate this at its their first impressions when we come in and where guests sit around at the lounge cafe enjoying pastries and coffee. "Hotel is too isolated in the middle of the expo centre. There are no eateries around the hotel unless you drive out. It is unsafe to come back alone to hotel. If you are stranded any where in the expo if you plan to walk in, you will be rob. It is dark and feeling unsafe. Restaurant for breakfast is small, table and chairs setting are cónjested, so avoid eating breakfast in the Peak hours in morning. "
