The service was impeccable and everyone was SO friendly wherever we went in the hotel, even the housekeeping when passing in the halls. It's so rare these days, even in top hotels. "Lovely condo - so spacious! The bathrooms were huge a, lots of closet space, two living rooms, plus two outdoor lanai areas. Very clean, everything seemed new (appliances, furniture, etc), beds and linens were very comfy. I would caution some travelers - it involved going up and down stairs to get to front door. Wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for some. We used the two beach chairs (wished there was also an umbrella). The Kapalua resort was great - we had a car, but also used the shuttle...

"The Montage at Kapalua Bay never disappoints and this unit was awesome. Great location, close to Beach Club pool and the stairs down to the Bay. Great snorkeling, food and amazing people. All made our week long getaway unforgettable. KBM was great and responsive on anything we needed. We will definitely be back."

"We chose this condo not only for how pretty it looked from the online pictures but also because of the accessibility to the Kapalua Coastal Trail, Kapalua Bay and Napoli Bay. The online pictures don’t do the view of the ocean justice. The location was quiet and the views stunning. Check-in and communication prior to were on point. "Great spot. Centrally located in Kapalua. The view is amazing. Watch the waves hit the rock right below the balcony. Local restaurants all walkable, and the coastal trail is right below the unit. Would come back for another great vacation."
