Napili Gardens Getaway Combo (#4 and #12)​ is composed of 2 units, Napili Gardens Getaway (#4) and Napili Gardens Getaway (#12). They are similar units, right scross each other, in the same complex. These beautiful units are both three story condos conveniently nestled between the Napili and Kapalua beaches.

Both town homes are roomy and are styled with a contemporary island feel. All bedrooms are newly carpeted and your whole company will have ample living space. The condos are cooled by centralized air-conditioning. Each has private yards perfect for private BBQ. Also available in each condo are two-car garage and washer and dryer.

These two ultimate vacation destinations are just a few steps away from the gorgeous Napili Bay. Beautiful sunsets await you with the views of the Lanai and Molokai Islands. Swimming, snorkeling, surfing, scuba diving, hiking, golfing, and playing tennis are some of the endless activities that you can engage in during your stay. Surf at the famous Honolua Bay just a short drive away. Although we have regular pest control, like any moist and fertile environment, you may find some ants, mosquitoes, roaches and critters like little geckos that share this beautiful world with humans. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating at the bed because ants are really smart and fast. Remember that although geckos may scare you, they are our friends and help to eat the bugs.

Family Fun in Napili
The condos were a perfect layout for us traveling with grandparents and young adults. We let the young adults have their space to enjoy later hours of fun. The grandparents had a quieter space which they enjoyed. Daniel and his crew were super supportive and very responsive to any issues we had, including bringing us a new TV when one died. The location is as good as we'd hoped! Directly across the street from the best beach on Maui (IMO). We could come and go independently and get as much (or little) sun as we could each take. Brought our cocktails across the street for sunsets. Only recommendation to owners is that one living room furnishings are tired and not comfortable for a large group. We spent our large gatherings in the other unit. Very lovely vacation! Recommend!

We had a total of 14, with the two condos it worked out great we had 7 in each. it was perfect to get to the beach no hassle. We had two get togethers at each condo to celebrate various occasions. I recommend the to anyone with a large family or group.

Napili Gardens was a very comfortable place to stay. We had a large group and two units that were across from one another. The only pleas that the hide-a-bed sofa did not work and we were counting on it. We had to do some creative rearranging of sleeping plans. Hopefully, they will fix that. Everything else was great and the manager was wonderful.

Perfect location for beach and restaurants!
Daniel was excellent to work with as far as early check-in and condo cleanliness. Furniture is somewhat dated but place was clean and accommodating. Air conditioning worked really well too. Our family was very comfortable and enjoyed our one week stay!

The property was not clean, the primary toliet ran and ran, stained sheets were on the beds. One unit was filled with items and bins marked owners property so much it made some closets useless. No light in the refrigerator or ice maker, chickens crowing started at 3 a.m. and kept going after that. The beds felt like they were 20+ years old, neither of the 2 inflatable beds held air. The pull out couch was broken with a board under the cushions. We saw several cockroaches in the unit, in general it felt like a cheap motel. We were there 10 nights during Christmas and paid a premium to stay at this dissapointing location.

The 11 of us enjoyed being able to spread out and relax. Location was great, with a 3-minute walk to Napili Bay and 15-minute drive to Lahaina. Kitchen was well-stocked. We ate at home for many meals.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was beautiful, safe, and close to so many things. They had beach toys, boogie boards, and towels available which was great bc we had kids of all ages with us. The rooms were good sizes and the bathrooms were great too. We loved waking up and sitting in the beautiful backyard to drink our coffee. We would definitely stay there again.

Great family vacation stay
Our experience with Vrbo on this rental in Maui was excellent. It was easy to book, easy to communicate with them after the booking and check-in and check-out were a breeze. We rented the two condo package where the buildings were right across the driveway from each other. This made it so nice to get together yet have time to ourselves if needed. The property was as described. We loved being in a small gated complex which we found provided everything we need inside and outside. Access to the highway and local markets and restaurants were very good.

Both units were in good shape. My only nit is that in one unit, the kitchen faucet spout has buttons to switch from stream to spray and they would stick, shutting off the water. I used my pocket knife to pry them open. I would gladly rent these units again.

Great Location
The location was perfect for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Unit 4 had an issue with the air conditioner, master toilet and the Wi-Fi kept going down. Those were only small issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend others stay here.

Nice place and great area for Beaches
I stayed with my family and we had 2 younger children. My daughter mentioned to say that both places have sand toys. Great for the 2 & 4 yo. Also #12 has a pack and play bed, we rented one so knowing one was available would of been nice. The town homes do need a little work to bring them up to par but the Beds are comfortable and the A/C worked great. I wish the kitchen and living room furniture was a bit better in # 4. Ice maker did not work in #4. My daughter said that the bathrooms needed work in #12. The Icemaker and the living room furniture was up to par in #12. Like I said the little things. But overall a very nice place to stay and right in the middle of many good beaches.

We had a few of our group unable to join due to covid but even if we had our full group we would have been very comfortable. For kids beach access was nice and convenient. It would have been better if there was a pool in the same place as the unit but not inconvenient to traverse to the specified one. All attended members of our party had great things to say and would do it all over again should the chance come up again. Only downside was the A/C unit seemed to shut off at night instead of keeping the units at the specified 72⁰. We figured it was only 3 nights and not worth calling to complain about and hopefully it gets fixed for the next group.

Combo Units #4 & #12 were great for our family group of 11.
Very clean and comfortable. Access was easy. Close to beaches, as well as eating places. Written communications with the owner were very prompt and courteous. The entire group members were very pleased with the selection of this VRBO. We enjoyed hearing the Roosters and the Doves in the neighborhood. Great value for the money. Prime location across from beautiful Napili Bay. Unit bathrooms could use some updating as well as washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend these rental units and rent them again in a heartbeat. Our family enjoyed our stay at Napili Gardens to the fullest.

Condo's need updating
I rely heavily on reviews of properties and was hesitant about this rental due to past reviews but there weren't a lot of options for our family of 11 adults and so we booked it. The plus side is the location--- close to beaches, golf, and we enjoyed walking along the Kapalua Coastal Trail every morning. Check in was easy and the property manager, Dan was great. Overall it was clean. However, as in previous reviews this property is in dire need of updating. Not sure what happened to the couch cushions in Unit 4 but they had taken some sort of foam mats and folded them as a replacement for the cushions. Accent pillows were stained and smelled so I just set them aside. New furniture, new bed spreads and a coat of paint would make a huge difference in these units and would make them a very desirable rental. Bottom line--I would not stay here again.
