"The location was suberb - right on Napili Bay beach!! The property managers ( iTripMaui ) were very difficult to deal with. The day we checked, in the bathroom sink light & wall outlet stopped working. We left 3 voice messages & sent 2 emails. We even went to the address on all their correspondence to talk to them in person. That location was only used for storage. 3 days later we finally received a call from iTripMaui saying they had not received our phone messages but saw our emails. ...

"We LOVED our stay here! The rental was clean and comfortable and the attention to detail was wonderful (fun folded towels/welcome gift basket/beach toys). The view from the back patio was amazing. The rental had everything we needed to relax and make meals and enjoy our vacation.
