"Initial anxiety that there was no receptionist but instead a virtual reception concept was unfounded. Check-in was a breeze however do note that 3pm Check-in time is quite strict. There is a open area to leave your luggage as well as a locked room but seems there is a need to pre-arrange access to this room. I did not go through the process to get access to this. "Great location, small grocery store across the street and conbini within 5 min walk. Quiet neighborhood and friendly hotel staff. Room is small for America standards but still good size for Japan. "

"Train stations to the north and south are within 5 minutes walking distance. 7 eleven at bottom floor to this hotel and washers and dryers on 3rd floor for non suite rooms. What more to ask?"

"Nice and clean apartment. Need a code to enter the elevator and your room. I think there are some permanent tenants that live in this building, and other units are available for rent. The front desk staff is very nice, but English skills are a bit lacking. The rooms are small-ish, but our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers were able to sleep comfortably. My main issue with the property is the distance from the subways. After spending 10 days in Japan, I've realized that the old adage location,...
