"Overall stay was very good. Elevator improvement was in process and it did take long for single elevator and for service elevator to arrive, but that was an inconvenience. Room was clean and each day it was cleaned and fresh. Only other minor inconvenience was that normal noise from outside room of people talking etc. travelled into the room easily so guest returning to their rooms late at night was louder than should be. "

"The property is in a bad location they need to be transportation around the area and stores walking distance, not only driving and they have to have coffee microwave in the fridge in our rooms not only certain rooms "

"I've stayed a several hotels in Bolingbrook, and this is now my favorite. I've been here three times, and the same girl has always been at the front desk. She is sweet and helpful. The hotel is quiet. Breakfast is average. I will stay here anytime I go to Chicago."
