"Great stay and the staff were super helpful"

"Water in the hot tub was very clean. This is not an area most properties know the importance of. Kudos to Chateau Canmore for their diligence in cleaning. In fact, their whole facility was clean. We were impressed. Desk staff were attentive, friendly and very professional. A welcome change from the places where the staff make you feel bad for bothering them when checking in. The room with amenities was all we needed, and again, everything worked, was clean and nothing broken. We did find the rooms very warm. We slept with the window open wide to get a cool temp, and next time will ask for a fan which they do have if needed. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was fresh and clean. Be aware the Canadian Pacific KC main line is right beside the hotel and for us, ear plugs are required to avoid being woken every time the trains go by. We knew this in advance so brought the earplugs we like best. Less of an issue if the window remains closed. Very nice to have free coffee selections available at the front desk if you want something beside the standard keurig in the rooms. We will certainly be back. This hotel is a great example of excellent value for our travel dollar. "
