Convenient location for day trips to Banff, Lake Louise and Canmore area. Although the hotel itself was a bit dated it was still comfortable and the staff friendly. Parking was a challenge at times.

The bed might as well have been a slab of cement, and the bedding was thin as paper. Other than that, the room was spacious and filled out outdated decor. Great hotel if sleeping is not your priority.

Stains on the bed sheets and found a grain beetle crawling on the bed (initially thought it was a bed bug). The staff gave a full refund and we ended up going to a different hotel nearby.

This is a cute little gem of a budget hotel in Canmore if you don’t need anything fancy such as a pool, gym or hot tub. They offer free coffee at the reception which I though was a nice tough. Drip coffee makers, mini fridge, hairdryer in room. Rooms are clean and fairly large compared to other budget Canmore hotels. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and not far from downtown Canmore. We had a great mountain view!

We had no issues with the hotel. It was very clean and very quiet. The beds are a little bit hard and when we first walked in, there was a deodorizer or a perfume smell in the room that was very overpowering. We just left the window open And it cleared it out while we were gone for dinner. Very happy with her stay. Will stay again.
