"Great stay. Quiet, clean, close to major tourist attractions (Jalan Alor, Chinatown, Changkat, Petronas Towers, City Center, etc.). Comfortable, clean and compact rooms. Bed (square) big enough for a young family to all share. Basic toiletries provided along with two bottles of clean drinking water. No coffee/tea service in-room. In-room safe. On site buffet breakfast for a surcharge. Good value for the money."

"The property was not only a beautiful design with much attention to detail being paid to not only the aesthetics, but also the practicality of all areas. I do not have any accessibility requirements however it was nice to see that this was also considered in the design. The staff...well, they were also excellent. Very friendly, always greeting you and nothing was ever any trouble (but they had thought of everything anyway). I only had breakfast at the hotel but this was also excellent (variety and quality), with everything you could possibly want to eat! I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to go again one day."
