"It wasn't what i expected It is cheap n great location but there wasn't any onecto contact anyone regarding the room. Toilet not working the second day n its not kids friendly at all. Its just like hiring a room."

"This place offers amazing value. Beautiful rooftop pool, a basic gym, very comfy and spacious rooms and a great location. Restaurants are all around the hotel and it is only a 20 minute walk to get to the times square area. Would absolutely stay here again! I have never stayed in such a nice hotel for such a great price, no complaints at all."

"Appreciated the location of the apt, washing/dryer combo (and laundry detergent avail) with sufficient beds. The only thing that I would suggest is to replace sofa (old and worn, not comfortable) and to clean washer/Dryer with vinegar and baking soda to eliminate the foul smell emanating from it. Great location!"

"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. I was waiting at call center for more than 1 hr and line was cut and no one return my call. I am consider to move my booking somewhere else. Call me at +65 80280056"

"Booked Ozone on 30th April but upon arrival, we were told that our room were given to other guests! The Indian speaking man told me to get my refund from Hotel.com. Ozone is not recommended at all for booking as its not a reliable hotel to stay in. Hotel.com should not have any dealing with Ozone as its reputation will be ruined by the irresponsible attitude of the Apartment management. This is a bad experience!!!"

"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. Upon checking-in we found the kettle was not working, water heater needs to be switched on an hour and half before...

"Comfy beds, nice hot shower, excellent stass...thank you Zas. The 3 in 1 coffee sachets was nof yo my liking although I was desperate for coffee....I'm a black coffee girl😉. Overall a great place to stay before early morning flights. Definitely recommend and would come back again. "

"LIKES: 1. The building/floor was by secure access. 2. It was located close to the to CBD. 3. A monorail line ran in front of the building. 4. Suites were located above a 3 storey shopping centre. 5. "The biggest advantage of staying at Aloft KL was the convenience for using public transportation- MRT, LRT etc.. The hotel is connected to the KL Sentral station and a mall. From the airport I took the Klia Express to KL Sentral to get to Aloft and there are visible signs at the station to get to the hotel without leaving the stn.. The train to Batu Caves can also be accessed at KL stn.. Breakfast options were great from eggs to local cuisine and a variety of small pastries. The room was clean and spacious where you could spread out your luggage(s). Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. Would stay here again. "
