"Staff are slow and check in was a long process- especially irritating after a long flight. They did not even explain how to get to the rooms and how it’s the same reception for the paid lounge. "I loved the ease and convenience of this hotel (once I found it). After going back and forth which which hotel to stay at, I confused the two sama sama's and Sharil was kind enough to assist me with transferring my reservation at 2 in the morning, which was so much appreciated after long travels! "The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was well kept, clean, and comfortable. The rooms had high quality amenities and the blackout curtain features were greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had a great variety of food. The executive lounge is a must have upgrade to consider. I really enjoyed being connected to the Sentral transit center which made transportation easy and convenient. I would stay at this location again upon my return. Thank you. "

"Amazing service, great concierge services. Ajit was amazing in coordinating tours and directing us to have a great time in KL, during our couple of days visit. Room was spacious, bathroom and amenities were great. View from 43 floor was breathtaking. Breakfast was crazy, too many options to even mention and definitely impossible to try. Highly recommend it. "
