"Front desk Hao Ren not just made check in smooth also he looked after my whole stay, made me feel at home. Room cleaning was done nicely every day, and team working at lounge was super nice. "

"Service was a top draw! Deco and quality were very dated in the room, however, the common areas such as reception, bar, lounge were very good. This trip was to see a concert of my favourite Japanese singer and it turned out that he also stayed this hotel! I also bumped into him in the Chinese restaurant. The Ritz will be a special place for me forever!! "
