Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice. "

"Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. Very convenient whether you are using public transportation or taxi/Grab. One disappointment was that there is no way to walk to the Botanical Gardens even though you can see them just across the expressway. A minor quibble. "
