"Staying on the papaya farm was a rustic refreshing change. Sleeping to the sounds of tree frogs and birds was lovely. Our hosts were great. The only issue we had was this property is listed as handicap accessible. I hope the host removes this before someone who is really handicapped rents it. There were rocky steep steps going into the cabin (the host gave us a sheet of plywood to lay down, but it was too steep for the wheelchair). There was also gravel going from the bedroom to the kitchen...

"The house is spotless and spacious with a lovely lanai looking over the lush tropical garden full of birds. We loved the quirky decor and all of the thoughtful touches such as the Christmas lights and cocktail set. It is very well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and lots of towels."

"The property is exactly as it is listed. It is set away from the other structures with the native forest. It is cool enough at night not to need ac. No issues with power or water. The bed was very comfy. I would stay here again."

"Truly different experience especially for people who come from a city. We came home early every day so we can shower in the “jungle” watching the rain and hearing frogs. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. The yard is beautiful with flowers and decorations. It definitely will make you feel like living in a rainforest. "I can’t even begin to tell you how spiritual, restful and wonderful it was staying at the Enchanted Rainforest Hideaway! Connie and Andrew were the best hosts ever! The Hideaway is absolutely beautiful, well stocked and private!! Connie met me upon arrival and reviewed everything with me. It is the most restful place I have ever stayed in on a trip. The coqui frogs are very soothing to listen to as you fall into your slumber every night. There is a little black cat, that I think lives next...

"It’s in an unpaved road it looks really runs down like they made huts/rooms on a piece of land the pools looks unsanitary when I first looked at the picture for an entire unit it looked like I was getting everything in one house all connected but it’s not this place is like a community use and very private at all"

"Great communication with the host. We really enjoyed the stay and the beautiful setting. The only recommendation I would make is to have the dehumidifier be self draining, as it got pretty damp unless we were able to empty it at least 3-4 times a day."
