"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Our train the day of check in was delayed and they stayed open waiting for us to check in. The staff was very kind with good recommendations of the town. Great location as all of old town and the castle are walking distance. Our room had a lovely view of the castle at night which put our experience over the top! Highly recommend breakfast, it is homemade with many lovely options in a beautiful venue. We stayed one night here and I wish it was longer. "

"The only complaints we had were... the top floor where we stayed , we could only access by stair....elevator only goes to third floor. But the room made up for that...it was so cute and cozy! And plenty of space. We also were woken up by garbage trucks and other noises early in the morning...not a huge deal, but unexpected in an "old town" setting. The staff was awesome, the food delicious...all in all an excellent stay...we'll be back!"

"Wonderful property. We had a huge Jr. Suite Room, very spacious with sitting area and large bathroom with shower and separate tub. Lots of windows and light in the room, with room darkening shades. Excellent location to castle and old town. Very quaint hotel, would highly recommend."

"No parking because space is limited in old town - understandable but what a location... Walking distance to everuthingninnold town including Schloss Heidelberg. Location and quaintness make this one a great pick"
