"First of all-- the staff were incredible! They personally messaged several days ahead of checking in to confirm our expected arrival time, and offered recommendations for travel to Heidelberg from the Frankfurt Airport that was super helpful. We ended up arriving just as the hotel staff were starting their day, and they promptly led us to our room so we could immediately try to alleviate the jet lag! The rooms are delightful and very spacious. Breakfast in the cozy and historic cellar is charming. And of course so much of old Heidelberg is so close. It's a delightful place to stay!"

Everything, from the spectacular views to the comfortable beds (such a rarity) to the actual AC in the rooms to the glorious bathtub, was a dream. The comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms were nothing to complain about. The location is also great, allowing you to walk to almost all the places of interest in Heidelberg. If I come to Heidelberg again, I will choose this hotel again."

"If you visit Heidelberg, this is the place to stay. It almost feels like a bed and breakfast. The rooms are so cute and stocked with everything you need! Honestly out of all of the places we stayed in Germany… this was our favorite. They also serve a very nice breakfast in the morning for guests that is included. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend to anyone!"
