"We had the room on the top (5th floor). It had a huge bathroom with a great deep tub (plus a big shower). The room, which was a very spacious, had beautiful exposed beams. It was charming (more so than the other units of the property, which were also nice, just not as charming) and really nicely situated in Heidelberg, two blocks or so from the castle and Christmas markets. If I am ever in Heidelberg again I would certainly stay there! The only downside is there is no elevator and the steps up...

"We really enjoyed our stay here, it was beautiful, homey, and spacious. We utilized the kitchen, which while small, had all the amenties. The balconies were great, especially the one in the back. "From being met by our host at the door before we even rang the bell to when we left this was the perfect last stop on our trip. The apartment is very large, beautifully decorated, and absolutely immaculate. We were flying late out of Frankfurt on our last day and the host offered to let us stay beyond check out time rather than us sitting at the airport. Staying here made the end of our travels as pleasant and easy as possible."

"Everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Plenty of room and loved the historic feel of the place with extremely high ceilings and lovely windows. The only confusion on my part was that when we asked if there was parking prior to our visit, we didn't understand that it would be a permit to park where ever you can find a spot on the street."
