"Amazing stay and excellent service. Everything is attention to details and the room are spacious! Love the onsen and the pick up service are delighted given weather condition or else just few mins away you could walk to train station pretty easily! Love the Japanese artwork around. "Lovely stay in small outfit. Japanese style futon beds was a new experience but a little hard. Service was excellent as was the breakfast and dinners. Conveniently located 5 mins from echigoyuzawa station. Aside from hourly shuttle provided by hotel, the ski rental shops do provide complementary pickup and drop off; in addition to the inter-resort buses which operate from the station. "
