"Beautiful, clean , would do again.."

"The property is as advertised, and the location is ground floor. Its not quite on the beach, its one level above, which is fine. The owner is extremely attentive, and needed to be to address a few issues, which he immediately did. The room is large, but the owner has quite a bit of oversized furniture in it. The owner is well intentioned of course, but is no dresser so both my wife and I piled clothing on the floor. There is a small, short closet in the bathroom, so her dresses were bunched up...

"While the original property was unfortunately a late scratch due to a plumbing issue, got another property at the same location that same morning as we arrived. Communication was excellent, the room was good, and the location for being in the midst of Palm Beach was perfect. Grocery store across the street, lots of great restaurants. Just keep in mind that Palm Beach is an expensive place if you go, but the room and management was everything I expected. No disappointments!"

"Well run, friendly building with nice pool in a perfect location. Two blocks to the beach, Publix across the street, good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable one bedroom apt with kitchen and full sized refrigerator."

"TV was very small and only Roku! My HBOMax account saved me here, or the TV would have been worthless! Not even a small chair and table! (The TV tray and folding chair in the closet don't count, sorry) The mattress was cheap and the pillows were lousy. I do have to acknowledge that the bedding and towels were nice!"

"Perfect place to stay for a vacation! Lovely room - clean, spacious and well laid out. Fantastic view! Resort amenities available, great restaurant food, wonderful walks on the beach or nearby Carlin Park. Highly recommend!"
