"Our host and hostess were very welcoming and attentive. The location is amazing with the ocean a few steps away. Bonfires in the evening on the veranda, looking at and hearing the ocean! Lovely place!!"

"I love this house! The layout was comfortable, and the pool and patio were perfect. The house, pool, and grounds are beautifully maintained. The host kept us up to date on when the lawn and pool guys would be coming, so there were no surprises/unexpected visitors. Of note, the AC stopped working on Sunday while we were out all day. I contacted the host, who in turn contacted the property manager, who showed up soon after. He did his thing (I know nothing about AC except that it cools the house)....

"Minimal people on the beach, a small yard for the dog and a nice pool to relax in after time on the beach. The home was well stocked with supplies and was just as pictured on line. Friendly people at the local Publix just a mile and a half away. We had two things we needed to communicate to the owner and she responded promptly. Great home, we had a fantastic week."

"They refused to honor price quoted by hotel.com. They said they were no longer with hotel.com and hadn't been for years. They wanted us to pay over double what was quoted to us, even after viewing the confirmation! We left."

"When arrived could barely find it, construction and junk, the cottages looked nice the so called hot tubs were not appealing to human usage. No one on site. Talked eventually to owner who said the reservation I had through Expedia did not exist and that he does not deal with Expedia, even though I had confirmation numbers, he did off to back me up with media, not sure who the bad guy was here, and did not see inside of cottages but the so called riverfront view was very unappealing because of...
