"We had a wonderful stay. Marilyn provided everything we needed and promptly communicated before and during our stay. The property location in Luquillo is great. A short easy drive to El Yunque and Farjardo areas, and a 40min drive to San Juan. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The beach at the property is beautiful. "This property is in a fabulous location - right on the beach. The beach has rentable chairs and umbrellas from local vendors and was enjoyable for our entire family.The pool deck was still under construction so we didn't get to see it.The property was clean, the AC was cool - we spent most of our time sightseeing and by the ocean!Great value for a great location!"

"We had a fantastic experience with our stay. The host was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. We had a hard time finding the building because the signs had been taken off in the hurricanes, but once there, check in and check it was a breeze. It is a great condo a short walk from the beach. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"This unit is all it says and everything you need. Just a few steps from a quiet beach with calm water. It clean and has a large patio with your own grill.comes with two parking spaces and gated entry. The host is great and we were met there by Berto who showed us around and how everything works. That was a first. It was the fifth time we have stayed in Luquillo and definitely the best unit. Will return next year."

"This place was beautifully decorated, very clean, perfectly supplied, and close to so many fun things to do. The communication with the owner was always timely and we immensely enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed and and everything worked great. The property was very safe and secure too. And GORGEOUS views of the ocean - WOW! "

"We really appreciated how easy and quick it was to communicate with the host. It was clean and felt safe. With a family of 6 we were happy to have beach toys and beach chairs. There was shampoo and conditioner and basic kitchen essentials and plenty of towels, and having a washer dryer was so helpful. The security gate people were always friendly and helpful. This was a great stay we highly recommend it. The beach is at the far end of the complex and that was a big bonus."

"Six of us spent five days in this apartment in Aquatica. The unit met our needs and Carmen, the owner, went beyond our expectations. She decorated the unit with Easter themes and included sangria for us and Easter Candies for the kids. The pantry was very generously stocked. It was even better than the description in the listing. "Great location with mountain and sea views from our balcony. Quiet beach front property for long walks with a cool pool. Beach is just a steps away. Good community. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels and all the beach equipment you would want. "

"This condo was the perfect location for us to use as a home base while we explored the eastern side of Puerto Rico! It is right next to the marina which offers multiple snorkeling tour opportunities. Also a short dive to the rainforest as well as the ferry boat to Culebra!The condo itself was clean and exactly as advertised. The beach towels and in-unit washer/dryer were a huge bonus (we used them every day!Rebecca was a great host and communication exceeded our expectations!"

"My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy. Other than those two things, it wasnt that bad of a stay. "
