"We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view of the water was spectacular, and we enjoyed taking it in from both inside the condo as well as the balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the eastern end of the island. We had easy access to the kioskos in Luquillo, laying and snorkeling (separately) in Fajardo, and hiking in El Yunque. "

"My friend Jen and I were celebrating our 50th birthdays. The condo was super cute and perfect for us! The beach is right outside the back door of the condo building and plenty of restaurants in walking distance from quick and easy to really nice and fancy! Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had the most wonderful time staying here in the beautiful Aquatika Condo 7203. The condo is gorgeous, there is a TON for the kids to do (pools, beach, mini golf, playgrounds) and it is steps to the beach with a beautiful ocean view. The host was so kind, communicative and honest and when we arrived, Juan Carlos was amazing. He was waiting when we arrived and got us in so easily. Answered all of our questions and just made the check in and check out smooth. We would come back in a heartbeat....

"This beach condo was the perfect spot for my spouse and I to stay in for 4 weeks in January-February 2025. It's location is perfect, being just across the street from the condo. Iy's also in a perfect location near to a grocery store, casinos, restaurants, fast food, and public transportation. The owner was great! The property manager was very good! A home away from home!!!"

Although the property manager was not always supportive, the owner was easily contacted and quickly resolved all issues. Ideal location for enjoying the beach and exploring San Juan. "A public beach is about 30 seconds from the front door. The apartment has a view of the beach (and ocean). The sound of the waves are audible at night.This location is not next to the big fancy hotels and resorts. The building is next to a gated, residential neighborhood. I have no idea why the gates are there. I saw no evidence of criminal activity. The area is generally upscale. We generally walked everywhere. "We had a wonderful time at this resort. This property offered everything that we needed (Amazing beach, breathtaking views, pool, hot tub, beach chairs and umbrellas, bars, coffee shop, hammocks, clean rooms and friendly staff). Hotel was close proximity to airport and other activities with many restaurants to choose nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it offers a lot with friendly staff. We would definitely visit again! "

"The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the different pools and lounge chair options along with the accessible bars and food. The gym facilities are top notch! We found the staff very friendly and helpful at every point of the grounds. I would like to personally Thank Coralys at check-in. Our room 'didn't pass inspection' and therefore was not available. After a long day of travel that was not a good start. Coralys however, did give us an available upgraded room along with breakfast at no extra charge. She was very nice and patient with us. Even when I called back to the front desk when our room was freezing cold. That was quickly remedied when Coralys explained that there is no heat option, to just turn it off then back on and lower the temperature to our liking (pro tip for other travelers) The breakfast buffet options were plentiful! We were greeted by Yanira who as been with the hotel for 32 years! She recognized and greeted us every morning as she showed us to our table. Yanira is a delight to talk to. In addition, we had Janet a couple of days as our server along with a few other guys that were just as delightful! We also enjoyed the nightly live entertainment. After a day of sightseeing and excursions, it was very nice to come back to hotel filled with excellent live music. Though the hotel is a bit 'dated' it is a not to it is a not to its era. It is clean, the hallways smelled wonderful and the soap, body gel and & shampoo is wonderful! I will stay again!"
