"This is a very nice cabin it’s private with a great location close to the boat launch. We enjoyed our stay with our three kids and two dogs. We had everything we needed and plenty of room. It was very clean and the property and decor were pretty. We even saw deer at night. We would stay here again. The lake is beautiful and the little town is nice and quiet and has some great restaurants with friendly people."

"We visited Heber Springs area with family and friends and stayed at this property for 4 days which we enjoyed a lot. Property is well designed and furnished with 2 separate living areas, large dining table and rooms to accommodate 8 guests. Heating worked well as we were in late November. Host had a lot of games and children books available which was great. Property is well situated within minutes drive to lake, groceries, fishing, tracking, marinas and beaches. "Great location in quiet, well kept neighborhood. The property is within a couple of miles from family with permanent home in Heber Springs so it was in a very convenient location for us. The toilet in the master bath needs maintenance attention and there were cobwebs seen along baseboards and ceilings. We would definitely stay in the property again as the opportunity arises. "
