It was what was expected overall. Detail to rooms were lost when constructing. They don’t reflect the caliber applied to the the common areas. It was quiet, clean and was able to nourish myself with the complimentary breakfast. My experience was average. Nothing caught my attention or called for acknowledgment. 3rd time wasn't a charm
We have stayed here two times before and each time it was a very comfortable stay. This stay was 50.00 more and disappointing. The carpet going into our room was torn and frayed. There were numerous stains as well. The bathroom was very clean and nicely stocked with amenities. The bed was hard and we had two nights of poor sleep. We went to the front desk and requested another room and they stated that they were full up and we couldn't be accommodated. As we were at the front desk we could see water stains on the ceiling. We come to Batesville often to see a parent in a assisted living facility. This is not what we expect from a Hampton Inn.
