"The Little Red River is in the back yard where you will also find a variety of birds feeding from the feeders. Due to cold weather, we were unable to really utilize the screened in porch or the open porch. But they are roomy and inviting. There are swings in the front yard. There is a boat dock, but you'll have to put your boat in elsewhere. The interior of the house is spacious and inviting. Plenty of dishes, utensils, paper goods, bedding, towels. The grandkids loved the hot tub even in the bitterly cold weather. There is so much to do outdoors in Heber Springs. This is a welcoming and comfortable home to come back to for naps and meals. We will be back to enjoy during the warmer months!"

"We were there for a 3 day duck hunt. Hotel is close to restaurants. Rooms are clean and area was quiet. Not a fancy place but clean and safe. Perfect for our trip. "

"My arrival was scheduled for 9:00 p.m. but then I was running late called them and told him it would be 10:00 p.m. the person was friendly when she answered and said it was no problem. because of several delays I did not arrive till 2:00 a.m. there was a small office with a friendly person inside at that time and led me to the room to check it out. I slept soundly the room was clean the place was pet friendly and I absolutely recommend this five star inn to stay at."
