"Description about the room is misleading. we booked the room because on the description, it has king size bed. It was queen and we inquired about it, the staff member answered the phone said it's their king. The room is dark with all the lights on and we mentioned, they said the lights that don't turn on are part of decoration. We brought in hidden camera detector and began to scan, it beeps on shower head. we didn't take shower. We went else where to take shower. "

"The room was affordable and conveniently located near subway stations, restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, parks, and a shopping center with a food court. The hotel has three different names, which can be confusing when searching for it. There were several minor annoyances during my stay. First, I booked the "superior music double room," which was supposed to include "Marshall speakers for rich music enjoyment," but it did not. Second, despite having a "please make up room" door...

"I had a great experience at this hotel. I never saw a staff member either for check-in or check-out, but the hotel was easy to find. The mirror was really dirty but other than that, the rest of the room was clean. The amenities are great and there is a free water machine which is great! Will come again !"

"Booked the suite in the hotel, looked a decent price for quite a nice looking suite for a night in Incheon before heading to the airport. The suite itself was ok (they are all different by the looks so its pot luck). Mine had kitchen area, with pretty much everything labelled as 'DO NOT USE'. So not sure what the point of it was! Had a dining area but no comfy seats. MASSIVE bath in the middle of the main room, which looked inviting but unfortunately the taps were so bad and plug ill...
