"We traveled there with our young kids from Canada, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how welcoming and kind everyone was. The entire place was absolutely spotless — you could tell they take a lot of pride in keeping everything clean and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was incredible and truly worth every penny — fresh, delicious, and full of variety. And the spa… it was out of this world! So peaceful, luxurious, and the perfect way to unwind. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations — from the atmosphere to the service to the small thoughtful touches everywhere. It’s rare to find a place that feels so special, but this one really does. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"This was our first hotel in Japan for our very first trip. It was so nice and relaxing. The area we were in turned out to be very close to everything we needed. The shuttle to the train station was amazing. Every staff member was kind, patient and accommodating to all of our needs. I think this place has low ratings because some travelers dont like how small the rooms look or feel. I get that but its super convenient if youre traveling alone or with one other person. The rates are pretty cheap and it was perfectly halfway between Tokyo and Chiba Makuhari which was where we were going to Star Wars Celebration 2025. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the variety of it each day was fantastic. The bathrooms in the lobby were constantly cleaned. The washing machines and dryers were fast and helpful for maintaining all of our dirty laundry. I will definitely recommend this place and think about it again if Im coming back to Japan in the future."

"The location was great. Shopping, restaurants, train station all within a block or less. The hotel was clean and comfy. Free breakfast at the attached restaurant Jonathons was so clutch and good. Price was fantastick. The only downside was that the economy room is very compact. If youre tall or overweight consider getting a room that costs a little more with more square footage."

"Excellent service, excellent facilities. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Speak English perfectly, eager to help guests. Rooms are small but very clean and tidy. Loved the area, Akabane is Tokyo without the crowds!"

"I was pleasantly surprised at the property. Building in great condition. Bed was not comfortable. Very hard mattress. Not a lot of space to move around near the bed. I had a cute set up when I arrive which included clean towels. The second day I receive towels but they had a pungent smell as if they were washed but not immediately dried. The third day I didn’t receive towels at all. There is a 7-11 feet away from the door. Not a long commute to get on the train."
