"I cannot recommend staying at this condo to anyone in the future. No matter how conveniently placed in proximity to the beach this unit is the unclean state of the unit and horrible communication from the property manager absolutely ruined my experience of my stay. The unit has a horrible ant problem and the managements solution was to drop off a can of raid by the door for me to take care of it myself. There was never any follow up on the condition of the unit and the state of the ant...

"Exactly as described and well equipped. Occasionally the neighbors were very loud. A leak above the shower from upstairs required 3 days of work but all fixed. Having parking privileges in the city garage across the street makes it all possible, without it parking is expensive or impossible. It is still a bit pricey but first class overall."

The condo was clean and secure and the community was as well. We had our dog with us and it was a safe area to walk around. We had to add a night while we were there and VRBO made that very easy to do!"
