"Wonderful place to spend tbe weekend!"

"Great property. Pool, hot tub and a very challenging mini putt-putt course. Furniture is in good shape and comfortable. One of the bedrooms has an adjustable bed ( same model as I have at home) so that was a very nice and welcomed surprise. We have ongoing business in the area so looking forward to staying here in the future. "

"Our stay was okay. The house was in an excellent location to the beach, however very difficult to find from the road. The house was a great size & the beds were so comfortable. I rate this with a 3 because I felt like there were several things that desperately need updated. The faucets in the bathroom were heavily rusted and leaking. When taking a shower, our faucet diverter broke so we werent able to take a shower the last day of our stay. There is not much of an ocean view as there is a lot of...

"This house was perfect for our extended family vacation. The house is very old but the owners made a lot very nice improvements. You can tell there are more things to do though. Communication was not that great but they were very nice when we did hear from them. Super easy check in"

"This was a great space for our family to take a quick trip before heading back to school! We had six teenagers and seven adults and there was plenty of room for everyone! The beach was great, and only a hop, skip, and jump from the house. Close to grocery stores, Walmart, and Target. And we found an amazing seafood house, Surf Rider, just down the road at the marina. Would definitely stay again!"

"We needed a place to stay for my niece's college graduation in Norfolk. She actually lives in Chesapeake so the location was perfect. Close to the highway and lots of local restaurants. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood with fenced in yard for our dogs. Eric was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend."

"Kim was there for any questions we had, and the home was super cute. We had a good time. The only thing I would say is that if you are a light sleeper, there is plenty of traffic noise, as it is on a busy street. No complaints than that. "

"This condo was perfect for us. My sister and I were traveling with our elderly mother. While the accommodations were perfect for us, the neighborhood was less than ideal for three mature women. Lots of loud neighborhood "

"This house is about 30 minutes from the beach. The room that was shown as an office was changed to a room with just a bed. This was a problem when one of us planned to work on vacation. The pool wasn't properly cleaned but the owner did come back to clean it. Kitchen had minimal cookware. "

"Everything in the listing was exactly as shown. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Property manager was in contact and inquired of our needs. We didn't have any becuase the house was well stocked, but based on all other parts of the stay, I assume that would be handled efficiently. The highway is close, so there is quite a bit of road noise outside, but the sound is minimal once inside the house. We wpuld definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful stay, it just went too fast. A couple of suggestions: I did not see an ironing board or iron, also, not enough toilet paper for 5 people. You have a wonderful place. Thank you for sharing it with us!"

"our three night stay was great. The apartment was clean and the owner was very responsive whenever we had questions. It was made very clear prior to choosing this property that it was an older building. Some of the interior doors don't close properly and the floor creaks pretty good in spots but this by no means takes away from the properties quaint charm.
