"The hotel is located on a quieter end of Virginia Beach, however the restaurant in the hotel has loud, live music at night so be prepared for that. It ends fairly early though, so that's good. The hotel was clean, right on the beach, and it looks like all rooms have a beach view. The beds weren't the nicest hotel beds I've ever experienced, but ok for the price."

"Even though the view of the beach had heavy equipment for the VAB pipe drainage project, we didn't mind. It was not far to get access to the beach. It was fun to watch the machinery working. "The property was not clean. Dust on fans, counters had a film on them, mold in shower, dirt under beds. Lacking in fire alarms. Ceiling fans did not have all the light bulbs or were burned out. The pictures did not show the true age of the property. We could only get to the backyard through the side fence where someone else had entrance to the 'mother-in-law' suite, so we couldn't let our dogs out there. It was one of the reasons we rented the property. The location was what we expected."
