"I stayed here in 2019 and loved it. Now back in 2024 and I still love it. Only problem if the horrible smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. Jerry at front desk tried helping me solve the issue but hotel was solid booked. Buffet is good. Many food selections. Lucy the concierge was amazing trying to help me navigate the city. She showed me how to hail cabs thru wechat. Jerry I can't say enough, he is wonderful, very helpful and caring. I would stay here again if they resolve the smell in the...

"Old but gold. Old hotel, old design and deco, but clean and well-maintained. Nice and firm bed, quiet rooms ensure you'll enjoy a good night's sleep. 3 restaurants, 2 of which the dim sum and Japanese restaurants are highly rated. There's a convenience stall in the lobby as well. There's a spa which we didn't get to try. The gym is basic but functional."

The hotel provided exactly what we needed—a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to rest near the airport. One of the standout features was the complimentary airport transportation, which made our arrival and departure seamless. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing environment after a long day of meetings. Another highlight was the breakfast—absolutely delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right.
