"We've had a pleasant stay at the Eslite Hotel. The staff and service were fantastic, with welcome amenities such as breakfast, drinking water and a library. The property resides directly next to the Songsan cultural park which has a number of expos and showcases of local creative work. Attached to the hotel is the Eslite spectrum with its 24 hr bookstore. This was especially helpful while overcoming jetlag. The only downside is the nearest metro station is located next to the Taipei Dome which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel entrance. The nearest uBike rental is also about a 10 minute walk away. "

My only minor complaint is there is not power outlet next to beds to charge cell phone, or plug in a computer. Overall, a great hotel with great service."

Make sure to contact the hotel prior if driving your own car - the streets are tricky! Get lost in the alley ways and have fun! One night was not enough. "
