My hotel room was clean and close to Tapei 101. I was happy with my stay and I will stay here again in December.

I booked the most expensive room. But the room was cold (air conditioner doesn’t work). Shower room door can’t be closed and the shower water was just so hot - cold water didn’t run. The room was dark even with all the lights on. Above all, one of the staff was very rude. I won’t recommend this hotel.

Arranged a barrier-feee access room to me. The bathroom even is bigger than the bed room. We can’t open the luggage in the bed room. Low water pressure, less hot water for shower and no network even the Wi-Fi is connected completely. It is terrible experience to stayed in such hotel.
