"Frim the moment we arrived this hotel did not disappointed our expectations. The staff were professional, welcoming and extremely helpful - they could not do enough for us to help ensure our stay was relaxing and comfortable. We were a large family group, 3 rooms, travelling with a baby as well as an older grandparent. Staff went out of their way to help us even washing the babies clothes when she had been sick! They made us feel at home and very welcome which made us very relaxed throughout our stay. The hotel itself is freshly decorated, spotlessly clean and has many social areas around the bar area that we could sit and enjoy our time together. Bar staff were friendly and offered a good selection of drinks for the grown ups. Kids menu offers good value to feed lots of children! The pool was fab fluffy white towels provided and a hot jacuzzi and sauna to top it off. We enjoyed a relaxed breakfast with a wide choice and selection of hot/cold tasty food. The chef even came out and offered our little dog a treat for his breakfast (so kind and thoughtful.) I genuinely can not find any area for improvement for the hotel or that could have bern better with our stay. We will be using this hotel every year for our family catch up. "Restaurant was closed on a Monday. Gutted I was. But had food from just eat. Have room service for my breakfast no extra charge. Defo stay again when restaurant is open defo. Lovely food here and staff lovely "

"Truly unique and amazing property. Very convenient and close to sights and family we were visiting. Must be seen to appreciate the level of detail that has went into making this one of the most fun places you can stay at."

"Staff were very friendly Room was good value for money nice clean linen and towels but the bathroom could have been cleaner- around the taps and hinge's of the toilet was grimy. Sink wasn’t clean Breakfast could be improved with small measures , another toaster- constant queue. Plain yoghurt and nice tinned fruit - grapefruit/ prunes If not providing pots of tea or coffee you need mugs not the very small cups which need filling every couple of minutes and a jug of milk on the table for tea/coffee You have a lovely patio and garden area but it looks very unloved. "
